So that’s the problem. The bmi calculation only works if you have about the average height and weight of the population. So if you are in good shape (in my opinion that’s with some muscle mass) then you soon have a too high BMI. myself I have a bmi of 27.8 while my fat percentage is only 10%. to read more about the bmi you can read this page.
